This elegant and stately home, built in 1855 by the prominent businessman James D. McDonald has been artfully renovated and restored and is now serving the community as an Airbnb. The home is rich in history including ties to the Underground Railroad and Native Americans. Most intriguing is its concealed past, including a suicide, or was it a murder?
This Hauntingly Beautiful Victorian Mansion built in 1889, holds a lot of secrets. Why can't anyone find a picture of John McInteer? What happened to his daughter, Alice? What went on during the 25 years the Villa was used as a boarding house? What room did Charles Donovan commit suicide in?
The Franklin Hotel, located in Strawberry Point, Iowa, established in 1902 for the purpose of bringing a modern hotel to the area to serve the growing community has a colored past. At one time the hotel served many railroad passengers, as well as travelers from the highways that run past the hotel.
Our first visit of the Renwick Mansion, a location rich with history, elegance and beauty left us with many unanswered questions. Are there babies buried on the property? Was there a murder on the property? What is the story with the priest? What happened at St. Katharine’s School and St. Katherine’s Living Center?

This chilling tour will guide you into a time period that is known as Scotland’s “Burning Times”. This period, ranging from 1563 to 1763, threw Scotland into a supernatural paranoia frenzy. The passing of the Witchcraft Act of 1563 made witchcraft a capital offense. Historical devastating Witch Trials resulted, spinning governing towns into a disarray of human tragedy. As a result, it is estimated that 4,000 to 6,000 people were prosecuted for witchcraft, resulting in 1,500 executions. Approximately 75% of those accused were women.
Tour with us to be introduced to the Scottish cities through a circle of magic and haunts. Our target cities contributed the most significant chronicles to the Witchcraft tragedies, including Edinburgh, Aberdeen, The Highland’s Loch Ness, and Stirling.
